Tracked Carrier

The 3-ton tracked carrier is a medium-duty transport solution designed for heavy-load and complex working conditions. With a rated load capacity of 3000 kg and an operating weight of 1900 kg, this tracked carrier achieves an optimized load-to-weight ratio of 1.58, balancing heavy-load capacity and driving stability. The widened track structure provides a ground contact area of 1.5 m² and a ground pressure of only 0.09 MPa, enabling smooth traversal of muddy, mountainous, and rocky mining areas, effectively solving the problem of wheeled vehicles getting stuck under heavy loads.

The body is constructed from high-strength Q355 steel welding, with a frame bending resistance of 350 MPa, maintaining a lightweight structure despite a 400 kg increase in weight. Equipped with a 55 HP direct-injection diesel engine delivering a peak torque of 160 N・m and an upgraded hydraulic transmission system, the tracked carrier offers a climbing capacity of 38° under heavy loads, meeting the demands of steep slope material transport. The cargo box volume is expanded to 3.5 m³ and features a dual-cylinder hydraulic lifting design with a dumping angle of ≥48°, improving single-cycle operational efficiency by 35% compared to the 2-ton model.

The vehicle includes triple safety systems for service braking, parking braking, and emergency braking. The integrated control panel allows a single operator to manage both driving and dumping tasks. This tracked carrier is widely applicable in medium-sized construction material transport, heavy-load fruit and vegetable handling in orchards, and medium and small mineral material transportation in mining areas, serving as an optimal solution for improving medium and short-distance heavy-load transport efficiency.
