The Asphalt Pavement Hot Recycling Machine is a highly efficient, self-contained mobile unit designed for the on-site recycling and production of hot-mix asphalt. Perfect for small to medium-scale road maintenance, pothole patching, and minor repaving projects, this machine transforms reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) or virgin aggregate into high-quality, ready-to-use hot mix. Its robust, frame-mounted design (as shown in the image) ensures excellent stability and mobility, allowing it to be transported directly to the construction site to save time and reduce material transportation costs.

High-Efficiency Drying & Mixing Drum: The large, polished steel cylindrical drum ensures uniform heating and optimal mixing of materials, guaranteeing a consistent, high-quality asphalt output.

Integrated Power & Control System: Equipped with a heavy-duty industrial diesel engine (visible on the upper deck) to drive all mechanical components. The user-friendly electrical control panel (white box) features clearly labeled switches and indicator lights, allowing operators to precisely control heating, rotation, and discharge functions.

Dual Fuel Tanks: Includes two large, integrated red fuel tanks with safety caps, ensuring extended operational runtime without the need for frequent refueling on site.

Sturdy Steel Frame Construction: Built on a heavy-duty, black powder-coated structural steel frame, this machine is engineered to withstand harsh working environments and continuous heavy-duty operation.
