The CNC Rebar Bending Center equipment is equipped with a dual-spindle drive system, with a single spindle power of 5.5 kW, supported by 380V industrial-grade power supply to ensure stable bending power. The spindle speed is adjustable within the range of 10-25 r/min, adapting to the hardness of different steel materials. The minimum bending radius reaches twice the steel bar diameter, with a processing angle error ≤ ±0.3°, meeting the requirements of high-precision components. Through the touchscreen CNC system of this CNC Rebar Bending Center, commonly used angles such as 90°, 135°, and 180° can be preset, supporting the storage of 30 sets of parameters without the need for repeated adjustments. The bending time for a single 6-12 meter long steel bar is ≤15 seconds, with an hourly output of 300-500 bars, improving efficiency by more than 8 times compared to manual work.
The CNC Rebar Bending Center machine is equipped with protective barriers and emergency stop devices to prevent safety accidents caused by steel bar swinging. Its modular design covers an area of approximately 15 m², allowing flexible adaptation to the layout of the construction site, reducing the need for steel bar transportation, and lowering the material loss rate to below 1%, thereby helping projects achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
