Wheeled Excavator Product Introduction

A wheeled excavator is an excavator that uses tires as its running gear. Wheeled excavators are known as wheel excavators. They offer high speeds, are road-safe, can be moved autonomously over long distances, and can quickly change between various working devices. The maximum travel speed of foreign wheel excavators is generally 25-40 km/h, while domestic models are generally 20-35 km/h. While wheel excavators may not be as efficient as similar crawler excavators, they offer economic advantages when frequently relocating, compared to the expensive relocation costs of crawler excavators. Their distinctive mobility, flexibility, and efficiency have led to their widespread use in excavating and moving materials in municipal maintenance projects, highway construction, and rapid repairs.

Wheeled excavators have many advantages, such as continuous operation, large production capacity, high efficiency, adaptability to complex coal seam mining, large transportation slope, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and easy implementation of modern management. They are particularly suitable for high-efficiency mining operations in large open-pit mines. They are mainly used in open-pit mines to strip topsoil, excavate useful minerals, dump operations, load vehicles or conveyor belts, etc. In addition, they are gradually being widely used in mixed material storage yards, storage yards, large-scale water conservancy and earthwork projects.
