Loader Operating Procedures

1) Before operating or operating a loader, operators must be familiar with the loader's various performance, structure, maintenance, and operating procedures, and operate according to regulations.

2) No passengers are allowed anywhere on the loader except inside the cab.

3) When unloading material into a vehicle, the bucket must be raised to a height that does not contact the vehicle bed's sidewalls. The bucket must be carefully prevented from contacting the vehicle bed. Passing the bucket over the top of the vehicle cab is strictly prohibited.

4) When descending a slope, use automatic deceleration. Do not press the clutch pedal to prevent power loss and a rollaway accident.

5) After wading through water, the loader must be stopped and inspected immediately. If brake failure is detected due to flooding, continuous braking should be applied to dissipate heat and quickly restore the brakes to normal operation.

6) No one is allowed to stand directly in front of the loader while it is in operation, and no one is allowed to carry a passenger in the bucket while the loader is in operation.

7) No one is allowed to stand under the shovel arm while the loader is in operation. Unauthorized personnel and other machinery are prohibited from working or passing under the shovel arm.

8) High gear operation is strictly prohibited. 9) When the operator leaves the driving position, the bucket must be dropped to the ground, the engine must be turned off, and the power must be cut off.
