Lawn mower operation
1. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Loose clothing is prohibited. Wear a helmet and goggles. It is best to wear earmuffs to reduce noise. Wear non-slip shoes. Do not operate the mower in slippers or barefoot.
2. Avoid prolonged operation in extremely hot or cold weather. Take adequate breaks.
3. Do not operate the mower while intoxicated, sick, or with a cold, children, or anyone unfamiliar with proper mower operation.
4. Refuel after the engine has stopped and cooled.
5. Avoid overfilling the fuel tank when refueling. Wipe up any spills.
6. Keep the mower at least 1 meter away from any objects before starting.
7. Use the mower outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
8. Before each use, check the blades for sharpness or wear and ensure the clutch screws are tightened.
9. Because some mowers have loud motors, avoid operating the mower during breaks to prevent interruptions to the operator.
Starting Inspections
1. Check the fuel tank for leaks.
2. The blade must be replaced with a sharp one and not an abnormal one.
3. Make sure that no one else is in the danger zone before starting the engine.
4. Hold the operating lever tightly when starting the engine to avoid losing control due to vibration.
5. Before starting, make sure that the blade is away from the ground and not in contact with other objects.
6. Always use spare parts provided by the manufacturer, especially the blade.
7. Check whether the cover is locked.
Precautions
1.If the machine vibrates abnormally during operation, the engine must be stopped immediately and not used.
2.The machine must be operated with both hands. Single-handed operation is prohibited.
3.The engine muffler side must face outward to avoid burns.
4.When using, be sure to adjust the oil properly. The lawn mower burns mixed oil, otherwise it will damage the motor. After use, pour out the oil as much as possible.
Mowing method
1.Because the blade rotates to the left, the most efficient working direction is to mow from left to right.
2.The most efficient mowing is to make two-thirds of the blade diameter cut the weeds.
Precautions after operation
1. Wrap the blades after use to avoid accidental injury to others or yourself.
2. Empty the fuel tank if the machine will not be used for several days to prevent fires caused by oil leaks.
3. Ensure the blades are completely stopped before cleaning, maintenance, or inspection.
4. Remove the spark plug wires to prevent accidental sparks.
5. Allow the engine to cool completely before storing.
6. Store the machine in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
7. Relubricate the gearbox and internal and external pipes every 25 hours or 3.5 days.
8. Clean the air filter and spark plugs every 50 hours or 8 days.
9. Clean the muffler and wheel drum every 100 hours or 15 days.
10. Grease the blades when not in use for extended periods to prevent rust.
11. Keep the blades out of the reach of children after use.
