As dredging construction develops toward intelligence and safety, traditional manual close-range and underground dredging methods are gradually phased out due to high safety risks, low efficiency and strict site limitations. Adopting a remote unmanned operation mode, remote-controlled dredgers adapt to harsh and narrow working scenarios such as river channels, municipal pipe networks, sewage tanks and aquaculture ponds, and have become mainstream intelligent equipment for modern water conservancy and municipal dredging projects.

The equipment consists of four core modules: wireless remote control system, hydraulic power system, crawler traveling mechanism and cutter suction dredging mechanism. With the coordinated operation of all modules, it supports full-process remote operations including traveling, steering, sludge cutting, suction and discharge without manual on-site work, realizing man-machine separation, high efficiency and construction safety.
Serving as the intelligent core of the equipment, the wireless remote control system is composed of a handheld remote controller, a signal receiver and an intelligent controller. It supports stable long-distance signal transmission and is equipped with anti-interference and signal-loss self-locking protection functions to accurately analyze operation commands and ensure stable equipment control. The hydraulic power system provides overall power support. It outputs high-torque power through a hydraulic power station to drive all operating actions, adapting to complex working conditions such as deep water, muddy ground and heavy-load operations.
The waterproof and anti-corrosion crawler traveling mechanism features strong adhesion and excellent trafficability. It travels stably on silt ground and rugged waterlogged roads, supports in-situ steering, climbing and obstacle crossing, and fits various confined working spaces. The cutter suction mechanism is composed of a hydraulic cutter and a slurry pump. The high-torque hydraulic cutter breaks up hardened sludge and gravel impurities, while the slurry pump generates negative pressure for suction, realizing integrated slurry transportation and continuous dredging operations.
The equipment follows the operating logic of "signal reception – power output – mechanical operation – closed-loop regulation". Before operation, staff only need to complete equipment debugging in a safe area and then put the equipment into operation. During operation, the equipment status can be adjusted in real time via the remote controller. Supported by real-time body data feedback, operators can steplessly adjust the working intensity according to sludge density and on-site conditions, achieving precise dredging and avoiding damage to riverbeds and pipe network structures.

Adopting a fully sealed waterproof design, the equipment is suitable for long-term underwater operation. It is equipped with intelligent protection mechanisms such as overload protection and automatic shutdown for signal interruption to prevent equipment failure and runaway risks. The man-machine separated operation mode fundamentally eliminates potential safety hazards in confined spaces, toxic gas environments and deep-water operations. With the advantages of intelligent remote control, hydraulic drive, safety and high efficiency, the equipment effectively solves the pain points of traditional dredging and adapts to multi-scenario construction, serving as core equipment for modern dredging projects.
