Recently, accompanied by our overseas distributor, an international customer visited our manufacturing facility for an in-depth factory inspection. The visit focused on our wheeled excavator products, manufacturing processes, and machine performance. During the visit, the customer toured the wheeled excavator production line, learned about the complete manufacturing and quality-control process, and personally operated a wheeled excavator during an on-site test drive.
Visiting the Production Line and Exploring the Manufacturing Process
Accompanied by our professional team, the customer first toured the wheeled excavator production workshop. During the factory visit, our staff provided a detailed introduction to the manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and quality-control standards.
From structural component fabrication and key component assembly to hydraulic and electrical system installation, machine commissioning, and final inspection, the customer gained a comprehensive understanding of the major stages involved in wheeled excavator manufacturing.
Compared with simply reviewing product photos and technical specifications, an on-site factory visit provides customers with a more direct understanding of a manufacturer's production capabilities, manufacturing standards, and quality management system. The visit also strengthened the customer's confidence in our product quality and manufacturing expertise.
On-Site Test Drive: Experiencing Machine Performance Firsthand
After touring the production line, the customer moved to the machine testing area for an on-site test drive of the wheeled excavator.
During the practical operation, the customer experienced key aspects of the machine's performance, including travel capability, steering flexibility, hydraulic response, and working attachment control.
The mobility and maneuverability provided by the wheeled chassis also attracted particular attention. Through hands-on operation, the customer was able to experience the machine's control response and operating performance under actual working conditions rather than relying solely on technical specifications.
Our technical team also provided detailed explanations regarding the machine's configuration, powertrain, hydraulic system, attachment options, and applications, while recommending suitable solutions based on the customer's specific requirements.
