GW40-A steel bar bending machine is a widely used basic steel forming equipment in construction engineering. This model boasts a wide processing range, capable of bending national standard deformed steel bars up to Φ40 mm, supporting steel bars from Φ6 mm to Φ40 mm. Adopting gear transmission structure, the machine delivers powerful and stable power output with low vibration. Equipped with a high-power pure copper motor, it supports long-term uninterrupted heavy-duty operation. The bending angle is controllable, and finished workpieces feature uniform angles, complying with various engineering drawing standards.

 

The machine frame is integrally welded with thickened steel plates, featuring high structural rigidity and excellent load capacity, resisting deformation during long-term operation. Core components including rotary table, forming shafts and baffles are forged from alloy steel with quenching treatment, offering great wear resistance and impact resistance. Multiple positioning holes enable rapid replacement of tooling dies, flexible adjustment of bending radius and angles for forming 90°,135° and other common shapes to meet diverse construction requirements.

 

The machine features simple operation with start and stop buttons. New operators can master operation quickly, and one worker can complete feeding, positioning, bending and unloading. Mobile rollers installed at the bottom allow flexible transfer between different work zones without hoisting equipment. Built-in limit protection prevents overtravel operation and reduces breakdown risks.
