Daily Maintenance Manual of Intelligent Dredging Robot

The intelligent dredging robot is a precision amphibious dredging device that operates continuously under harsh conditions with high sediment content, strong corrosion and heavy loads. Standard daily maintenance can effectively reduce failure rates, extend equipment service life and ensure stable construction performance. To standardize on-site operation and management, this manual sorts out four core daily maintenance procedures, forming standardized maintenance specifications applicable to the full series of intelligent dredging robots.

1. Overall Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance After Daily Operation

After daily construction, the whole equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned with high-pressure clean water to remove sludge, sand, stone and sundries attached to the tracks, cutter, pump body and fuselage, avoiding jamming and abrasion caused by dried sediment. Special attention shall be paid to cleaning the water inlet of the slurry pump and cutter gaps to prevent residual hard particles from causing startup abrasion. After cleaning, inspect the fuselage for collision damage and keep the equipment clean and intact for standby.

2. Regular Inspection of Core Wear-resistant Parts

Regularly check the wear condition of vulnerable parts, including cutter teeth, pump guard plates, impellers, mud conveying pipelines and rubber tracks. Inspect the cutter for wear, tooth breakage and deformation, check the pump body for thinning and leakage caused by water erosion, and examine tracks for cracking, debonding and looseness. Record minor wear in a timely manner and replace severely worn parts immediately. Never operate faulty equipment to prevent minor defects from causing overall shutdown failures.

3. Maintenance and Inspection of Hydraulic and Electrical Systems

Regularly check the liquid level and quality of hydraulic oil to keep the hydraulic system clean and sufficiently fueled, avoiding insufficient power and cylinder jamming caused by oil shortage and sediment contamination. Fully inspect waterproof connectors, cables and signal receivers to eliminate hidden risks such as aging, breakage and looseness. Underwater electrical components must be kept sealed and dry to prevent short circuits and signal disconnection, ensuring accurate remote control and stable signal transmission.

4. Storage and Daily Moisture-proof Protection

For long-term storage, place the equipment on dry, ventilated and flat ground, avoiding long-term water immersion, direct sunlight and rain exposure. Keep the cutter and tracks suspended when shutdown to reduce aging caused by static pressure. For long-term idle storage, power off and seal the equipment with protective covering. Perform regular no-load trial operation to maintain flexible mechanical performance and normal electrical system activation, preventing moisture corrosion and functional failure.

Summary

The core maintenance principles of dredging robots are daily cleaning, regular parts inspection, systematic maintenance and standardized storage. Standardized maintenance effectively reduces equipment abrasion and failure rates, improves operational efficiency and equipment availability, and prolongs service life. It ensures long-term and stable operation in various working scenarios such as river regulation, pipe network maintenance, tailings pond treatment and black and odorous water remediation, and greatly cuts down overall operation and maintenance costs.
