Application Scenario Classification of Different Models of Dredging Robots

With the refined development of water environment treatment, dredging robots have formed a serialized product system with diverse models. Different models vary greatly in flow rate, body size, power configuration and trafficability, with distinct advantages for different working conditions. Proper equipment selection can effectively improve construction efficiency, reduce project costs and ensure construction quality. This article elaborates on the applicable scenarios and operational advantages of four mainstream dredging robot models, including ZJ300, ZJ500, ZJ600 and ZJ900.

1. ZJ300 Micro Dredging Robot: Specialized for Narrow and Confined Scenarios

The ZJ300 is a lightweight micro model featuring a compact body and excellent trafficability, specially designed for dredging in confined spaces. It is applicable to narrow working scenarios such as small municipal sewage pipelines, inspection wells, narrow ditches and courtyard landscape ponds, and can operate in narrow areas inaccessible to large equipment. Flexible and responsive in start-stop operation, the model is suitable for sporadic daily dredging, pipe network maintenance and dead-corner silt cleaning, focusing on high-frequency and refined maintenance construction in small-scale areas.

2. ZJ500 Conventional Dredging Robot: General-Purpose for Urban Small and Medium Water Systems

As a mainstream general-purpose model with balanced power and size, the ZJ500 boasts the highest comprehensive adaptability. It is mainly used for dredging urban landscape rivers, small lakes, aquaculture ponds and conventional municipal pipe networks. Featuring stable dredging flow and moderate energy consumption, it can remove surface polluted silt and clean lightly hardened sediment, balancing construction efficiency and refined treatment. It serves as the commonly used model for daily urban water system renovation and black and odorous water body maintenance.

3. ZJ600 Medium and Large Dredging Robot: Core Model for Water Conservancy Projects

Equipped with stronger power and larger suction flow, the ZJ600 is a medium-high efficiency model tailored for medium-sized water conservancy projects. It is widely applied in scenarios with large sedimentation volume, such as urban main rivers, small and medium-sized reservoirs, large-area landscape lakes and main box culvert pipelines. It can efficiently treat high-concentration silt and sediment layers mixed with sediment and sundries. With fast operation speed and strong continuous working capacity, it is ideal for large-scale, centralized dredging projects with tight construction schedules.

4. ZJ900 Heavy-Duty Dredging Robot: Specialized for Large-Scale Heavy-Load Working Conditions

As a flagship heavy-duty model, the ZJ900 is equipped with a large-flow slurry pump and high-torque hydraulic system, delivering the strongest dredging capacity. It targets high-difficulty and large-volume heavy-load working conditions, including large rivers, deep reservoir areas, tailings ponds, port shoals and large reservoirs with thick sediment layers. It can powerfully break hardened mine sludge and thick deposited silt, and support long-term high-intensity continuous operation, meeting the high-standard engineering requirements for large-scale water conservancy dredging, flood prevention obstacle clearance and tailings pond treatment.

Summary

The four models form a complete gradient operation system: ZJ300 adapts to narrow and confined scenarios, ZJ500 suits general small and medium-sized water systems, ZJ600 is applicable to medium-sized large-batch water conservancy projects, and ZJ900 specializes in large-scale heavy-load and high-difficulty working conditions. Accurate model selection based on construction scenarios, sediment thickness and operation area can maximize equipment performance and achieve efficient, low-cost and standardized dredging construction results.
