The ZJ600 Intelligent Sludge Removal Robot represents a major breakthrough in dredge robotics, delivering specialized operational equipment that integrates efficient dredging with intelligent detection. With a core dredging efficiency of 150 m³/h, this advanced dredge robotics solution provides precise answers to siltation problems in municipal and industrial scenarios.


The equipment adopts a crawler-type hydraulic drive design, equipped with a high-power slurry pump and spiral crushing components that enable rapid cutting and crushing of high-viscosity sediment and gravel debris. This innovative dredge robotics platform combines high-definition video and sonar detection systems to accurately locate silt thickness even in turbid underwater conditions, achieving comprehensive cleaning without dead angles. It features explosion-proof safety performance and strong obstacle-crossing capability, adapting to confined spaces such as DN600 and larger pipelines, sedimentation tanks, and rivers. Operations can be conducted without stopping production or water supply, minimizing production losses - a key advantage of modern dredge robotics technology.


Through the remote control system, operators can complete the entire operation from a safe area, avoiding exposure to toxic gases in confined spaces. The dredged sludge is directly transported to the backend treatment system for sludge-water separation and drying, preventing secondary pollution from the source and fully demonstrating the environmental advantages of "no personnel entering manholes, no sludge touching the ground" - setting new standards for environmentally responsible dredge robotics.
