1

A timber mill in Wenshang County recently completed an equipment upgrade, introducing a brand-new 105 wheeled excavator through a trade-in program.

The excavator has been successfully delivered and put into use for timber loading and unloading, site preparation, and other operations, injecting new momentum into the company's efficient production and green operation.

The newly introduced 105 wheeled excavator weighs nearly 10 tons and is equipped with a 62.5kW engine meeting China IV emission standards. It boasts strong power, economical fuel consumption, a 0.45m³ bucket capacity, a dual-tire structure, and a bulldozer blade, ensuring stable operation and flexible movement. Compared to the old equipment, the new machine offers more precise operation and easier maintenance, significantly improving timber handling and yard organization efficiency while reducing equipment failure rates and operating costs.

A representative from the Wenshang timber mill stated that with the expansion of production scale, the original equipment could no longer meet the demands of efficient operation. This trade-in program not only revitalizes old equipment assets and reduces replacement costs, but also enhances production capacity and operational safety through intelligent and environmentally friendly new equipment, aligning with the company's long-term plan for green development and improved efficiency.

In the future, the company will continue to optimize equipment configuration, empowering the entire production process with advanced equipment to further improve the efficiency of timber processing, storage, and transportation, thus contributing to the high-quality development of the regional timber industry.
